Sonja was Managing Director of mining consultants Ravensgate International and Non-Executive Director at Trek Metals Limited. She was also Group Administration Manager for one of the largest mining consultancies RSG Global. She holds a Grad. Dip of Business Management, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Governance and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Nick has 30 years of experience in accounting and finance and has worked as a CFO and Company Secretary for both ASX-listed and TSXV-listed companies. His expertise extends to senior finance and commercial roles, including positions at Newmont Australia and WMC Resources. Nick’s career spans 25 years in the mining and exploration industry, both in Australia and overseas. Nick is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University.
Cecilia is an experienced chartered accountant having had a variety of CFO and Company Secretary roles with 20 years’ experience with ASX-listed companies in resources and industrial sectors.
Matt is a seasoned mining engineer with over 25 years of experience in precious and base metals, skillfully led Hillgrove through its acquisition by Larvotto. His background includes various technical and operational roles across different mines, and he played key roles in delivering the Mungari Gold Project for La Mancha Resources Australia.
Phil has over 27 years of global, multi-commodity experience in mineral exploration, resource estimation, and project development. His career spans South America, Eastern Europe, and Australia, where he has led successful programs in complex geological environments. He has held senior roles including Chief Geologist at Adriatic Metals and Exploration Manager at Medallion Metals, contributing to major resource growth and greenfield discoveries. Phil’s deep technical expertise and leadership will play a key role in advancing Larvotto’s exploration strategy.
