Sonja Neame

Sonja has over 25 years of global experience and cross-functional leadership with expertise in business development, operational leadership, and compliance with major stock exchanges. Sonja was Managing Director of mining consultants Ravensgate International and Non-Executive Director at Trek Metals Limited. She was also Group Administration Manager for one of the largest mining consultancies RSG Global. She holds a Grad. Dip of Business Management, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Governance and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Nick Longmire

Nick has 30 years of experience in accounting and finance and has worked as a CFO and Company Secretary for both ASX-listed and TSXV-listed companies. His expertise extends to senior finance and commercial roles, including positions at Newmont Australia and WMC Resources. Nick’s career spans 25 years in the mining and exploration industry, both in Australia and overseas. Nick is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University.

Cecilia Tyndall

Cecilia is an experienced chartered accountant having had a variety of CFO and Company Secretary roles with 20 years’ experience with ASX-listed companies in resources and industrial sectors.

Jim Kerr

Jim Kerr is an Economic Geologist with over 35 years of experience spanning grassroots discovery through to feasibility and production across more than 40 countries and every major commodity group. Jim has led multinational exploration teams across some of the world’s more demanding jurisdictions, with a track record of significant discovery and resource delivery in gold, copper, nickel, bauxite, mineral sands and critical minerals. Jim has spent over three decades sourcing and managing capital for resource projects at all stages, advising governments, private and listed companies on asset acquisition, corporate strategy and value realisation across ASX, AIM and NYSE/TSX markets as a consultant, as an executive for companies such as Barrick Gold, Mincor Resources, Hillgrove Resources, Geopacific Resources and Lithic Metals and Energy and as a private investor.

Jim holds a BSc in Geology and a Master of Mineral Economics from the Western Australian School of Mines and is a Member of the AusIMM.
